    Just keep going, I still have a hard time realizing I am small without looking in the mirror. Till last week I was having a hard time realizing I need to stop loosing weight. I was trying to starve my self so my weight on the scale goes down b/c I am 173 lb and 5'4.
    But with the help of my Dr. we decided it is the way I am built and I need to work on strength training and ignore the fact that on the scale I weigh a lot. I actually posted this hopping it would help me accept the fact that I am there and I jsut need to work on maintaining, strength training and muscle tone.
    You guys are really helping me, ty very much!

    Your doc is correct. Your waist is already so tiny you'd widdle down to nothing if you kept losing. It's all the (fabulous) booty you have that makes it seem like you're overweight. I lost my booty so I'm jealous of your curves! :wink:
