I'm Hugo and.. I'm a capricor... oh wait, right, this is the weight lost one. hehe
So like most I'm not so comfortable in my skin anymore and nothing seems to fit. I only need to lose 10-20 lbs. It's a real challenge to me be cause I'm disabled and I tend to tire easy. I usually walk for exercise and will usually walk 4 miles @ 3mph or so. I realize that's slow to most people but it's my own pace. Anything else I do for exercise is also very light. I don't really have a problem with portion sizes or eating healthy but I just have trouble with the exercise part. Looking over the posts on here I've seem some amazing results and I hope that it also works for me.
Meanwhile Lets be less of ourselves.
