No longer overweight!!!

Options
Today I finally reached a BMI of just under 25 which means I am officially not overweight any longer. I still want to lose 5 lbs or so more but I am very happy to be "normal."

I know BMI is not a totally accurate measure, I've built up quite a bit of muscle mass so I was probably at a healthy level a couple pounds ago, but I feel so good to have crossed that barrier!

I can just imagine how exciting that is - great NSV! I know there are BMI detractors out there, but crossing over BMI status is one of the all time popular goals people have and pretty exciting one at that. Well done!

Wow, I look at some of you folks and I am humbled, some of you losing even 100lbs or more! I only really needed to lose 20 (I started before I joined this site). Makes me think that what I've done is not so awesome but I'm happy to be healthier, that's for sure! Congrats to all of you that have worked so hard and overcome so much more than I did!

And to those that haven't gotten there yet, keep going, do not quit! It is so worth it. This site really helped me get past a plateau (we all hit them) and that was awesome. I literally went for a couple weeks without losing a pound which was discouraging because I was working so hard. I took the advice I found on these boards and changed up my workout and BAM, started losing again.
