4 days and still going

Hello, I guess this is where I need to introduce myself. I am a 41 year old married mom to 3 children and I have 3 grand children and one on the way. Been having some issues with my legs plus afraid of diabetes since both parents have it. I need to loose some weight to get healthy and build up strength in my legs. So far for the past 4 days I have stayed close to my calorie goal for each day without going over. I have been doing a little exercising and starting to feel better. The one thing I have noticed is I have not taken a nap at all for the past 4 days which is usually my every day routine. So I must be doing something right. I am motivated and plan on staying this way.

    That's great, have you had a tough time trying to keep under the calorie limits or has it been a breeze?

    My issue is notmeating breakfast, I have never ate breakfast and trying to make myself eat is the hardest part. Other than that I have also had remaining calories left for the day.
