Wieghed in today just to check. Started this at a chunky 286 well as of today


263 a sweet 23 pounds gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh and also day 25 of no smoking

could not have done it with out this web site and of course everybody else!!!!!!

    Good for you! :) Quitting smoking and dieting at once is SOOO much harder than 1 at a time, you must have terrific willpower. That's awesome, keep it up!
