I might have cried a little when I was told this today.
But one of my good friends at work has not seen me in nearly a week!
Today when I came over to help her she told me “Wow! You are looking really good!” I told her how much I lost and she gave me a high five and then a hug. I felt so fantastic that she is the first person to say something about it that was not my mother or my ex boyfriend! It makes me happy that my pants are a little bigger now and I am so excited that people are noticing.

it does feel good. it keeps me motivated because I lovvvvvve hearing compliments from other people other than those immediatley around you. I am pretty vain and it makes me want to go to the gym more! good for you!0
