i think i have a cold coming HELP

ive woken up this morning with a mega sore throat on my right side and now im freezing then hot, what do you reccomend i take to get rid of this ASAP as i cant afford to be ill lol.

im eating my veggies and fruit and exersizing

lck of sleep is my big downfall as im up at 7am to walk dog b4 work then dont get to sleep until 11pm as boyfriend dont come in from work until then

I swear by Ziacam tablets when I feel a cold coming on and don't have time to be sick, especially, if other members of my family have been sick.

Be careful about exercising, though. You might have a fever since you are feeling hot and cold.
