    Drinking lots of water works! Well it did for my little girl. Have heard fennel seeds work too but couldn't find any.. Have cereals high in fibre for breakfast too

    Fruit and veg, prune juice and lots of water, appl juice too, to a lesser extent than prune juice. If you don't like prune juice, go half prune half apple
