Hi I've just bought a new DVD; Yogalates - for weight loss. Which is a mixture of yoga and pilates.
I can't find yogalates on the exercise counter, I've tried a couple of other different websites too with no luck. Does anyone know how many cals the program burns?

    Doglvr, a member from this site turned me onto to following website:

    http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.php

    I was able to locate pilates and I'm sure that would be fine...or you could look up yoga as well and average the 2.

    You have to visit the site...it requires your weight in order to calculate the calories burned.
