When I diet i am fine with my Carb. But usely go over my fat my 2-5 and my protin by 25 and fiber by 12-23 can yall please befriend me and let me know what i need to do to fix that please.

Don't fix the protein and fiber, they are great for you! That's just a minimum you should take in. Watch the fat intake so you're not going way over and make sure you're getting your nutrients! Sounds like you're doing GREAT! Way to go!0

Getting extra protein and fiber are absolutely ok! I just looked at your diary, and what i noticed, at least for the last few days, is that most of your fat is coming from Peanut Butter and Almonds, which is actually "good" fat. I wouldn't worry about going over by a couple grams, if it's that, and not ho-ho's.

Protein & fiber -- it's great to go over! Just choose lower carb foods -- healthy fat is a good thing..... also, as far as carbs go, it seems like you eat a lot of bread - cut some of that out. I rarely eat bread - and am fine with it.0

Definitely! The protein and fiber suggestions should be an "at least" kind of thing - those numbers being red is a good thing! As for the fat - I personally have a tendency to do certain things every day (peanut butter and jelly for breakfast, creamer with my coffee) daily that can ramp mine up - just check back on your diary and see if there's something you do regularly that has high fat content, and then try to find an alternative (I ordered powdered peanut butter, it hasn't come in yet, but I tried a co-workers and it's actually very good). Just find what works for you0
