Cyclical Keto

This week I'm gone start the cyclical ketosis diet and have it for 8 weeks straight to see how well it does for fat loss/muscle preservation. All clean, no junk food. Tuesday-saturday are keto and sunday monday carb refeeds. Wish me luck!

  • Good Luck! I am on CKD as well, I find a lot of success with it. I am Crossfiting 4-5x/week & 1 or 2 Zumba classes / week.
    I use coconut oil and fish oils to keep my calories up. My partner is doing 'slow carb' so we have our re-feed day together tomorrow! (my birthday luckily falls on a Saturday - lots of cake tomorrow)
    I am already close to my goal weight but still working on adding some muscle and reducing my BMI. I want to go in for a DEXA scan to measure my progress between now and the first of the year.
