After a year of working on my weight loss, most of the real diet and dedication in the last 6 months, I have reached my goal weight of 180 lbs.
Now that I am here I would like to get rid of the last remaining stomach fat and get toned, so I am going to set a new goal of 170lbs
I hope I can get the pics right...
