My name is Micah and I am a wife and a mother to a 14 month old little boy. Since pregnancy, I have let myself go and I am ready to get back on track! I am starting today and I will stay motivated!

    I started using this site as just a way to count calories, but the people are totally supportive here and help you through tough times, so use the community boards, too!
    One way I use them is to vent, or problem solve, and also to post my goals so that I'm more accountable.
