Hello everyone! So.. I pretty much have Ezekiel 4:9 low sodium whole wheat bread everyday.. Along with raw unsalted almond butter (Trader Joes is my fav!!) I usually have it for either breakfast OR lunch.. But lately it's been an everyday thing but still have been eating healthy for dinner, snacks.. Etc. I was wondering if eating whole wheat bread & almond butter once EVERYDAY is bad? I mean.. Some people have told me not to eat whole wheat / grain bread everyday but Ezekiel bread is seriously the best esp when toasted!! LOL any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

If your going to eat bread ezekiel is definately the way to go because it is made just w/the whole grains and without all the fillers. I don't know why someone would tell you not to eat it everyday unless they are suggesting you go low carb. I know i feel great about eating the bread and i even feel good about giving it to my son because its so good for you... I say have it everyday!!

I agree. Unless you are doing a paleo/primal diet or something else that prohibits grains or gluten, ezekiel is a great bread. Almond butter has healthy fat as well. I say as long as you are staying within your calorie limits, there is no problem with it. I eat peanut butter or almond butter on almost a daily basis as well.
