I was just cruising through my youtube subscriptions and came across ShayCarl's most recent Shayloss vid - he's finally made it to 199 after being 280 pounds!! You all should definitely go check out his channel - here's a link to his most recent vid where he weighs in!

    Yup! I've followed his Shayloss videos since August...and each video has been such a huge inspiration! You should check out Rawn's 'Raw Rawn' videos too! He does 'Not cooking shows' putting together meals made entirely of raw food. :) There's some really good ideas and motivation on his channel too.

    ^ That is so cool! I saw Rawn on their weigh-ins but I never checked out his channel. I think I'm gonna be taking some inspiration! :)

    Ahh You have NO idea how much Shay inspires me! Have you guys seen him since hes shaved his beard?? I cannot believe it! he looks AMAZING!! So proud of him! I've been following for years! Love that whole family.

    Also, I'm a HUGE fan of Rawn!! If you don't watch his Rawrawn channel yet go check it out!!!

    I have seen the shaytards!!! I used to live in the same town they do. My roommate is a HUGE fan and everytime we saw them she would get starstruck lol I love them too
