Hiya MFPers, :flowerforyou:

Tonight I made the most delicious mock-pizza ever, and thought I would share the recipe with you all. :)

Goat Cheese, Spinach, and Chicken Pesto Pizza

30 grams of Goat cheese
1 1/2 Tbsps of Pizza sauce
1 Whole wheat pita
1/3 cup Baby Spinach
90 grams Cooked chicken
0.5 Tbsp Pesto sauce

Bake at 375 C for about 10 minutes, and then enjoy!!! :D

Approx. 370 calories per pizza

Message me if any of you try out this recipe and let me know what you think!

Crystal xo

You're using metric so probably not from the states. For those of us that are and have one in town, papa murphy's makes a pizza almost identical in ingredients on a very thin crust. Very yummy. And all you have to do it pop it in the oven.

And it's also probably full of pure CRAP! :noway:

Surprisingly enough it's not. If I can track down the ingredient lists and the nutrition information I'll post it. Pizza is one of my downfalls, that's why I eat this one.

**Actually found it, well almost it, in the data base
