Cholesterol

I remember reading in my nutrition and anatomy classes something about having very low cholesterol being unhealthy for you because you need some of the good cholesterol to transport the bad/unhealthy cholesterol out. So, sometimes my cholesterol is super low, I was wondering if that can be detrimental to my health or my weight loss?

You might want to get checked by a naturepathic Dr. I had low Cholesterol and was told it was due to inflammation. Finally it was found that I had celiac disease. Which was a gluten allergy. I'm just sayin'
