So excited!

When I started mfp, I weighed 255. I decided to do diet only, and to incorporate exercise later....I guess I was afraid that if I did it all at once, I would become overwhelmed and quit.

So when I reached the 240s, I started using my treadmill for 15 minutes a day, approx 5-6 days a week. That was about all I could handle. I made a deal with myself that when I got into the 230s, I would up it to 20 minutes. I would continue this pattern, upping my exercise by five minutes for each new set of tens of my weight.

Well...I am pleased to report that as of this morning, I will be doing twenty five minutes a day!!! That,s right -- 229.0, baby!!!!

I have never been more excited to have to exercise!!!!

I love love love the way you are pacing yourself and easing your body into fitness. I love that you'd rather keep going than get hurt. I love that you have patience. And I love that you have worked out a plan that slowly builds your fitness instead of going crazy and leaving yourself nowhere to go down the line.

Great pace and success. Smart. I know you got this!
