Finally I am sure I am ready to make a permanent change!!!! Tried this so many times before but this is my first time with the help of so many-- I can't lose!!!!

  I know for myself I get to the point were I lose my motivation, I start over again and keep going...Good luck..We can do anything we set our mind too..
