All Veggies, All Fruits, All The Time?

Okay, campers. It's getting down to the wire here. I've noticed in the last month since I've restarted my ChaLEAN Extreme 90-day Challenge that my body is kind of at a sticking point. I've been reading up on nutrition, listening to a LOT of Jonny Bowden info (jonnybowden.com, worth the look) and I am considering trying something for TWO WEEKS: all fruits, all veggies, all the time. I'll allow myself to have olive oil, nuts, and dark chocolate (60% or greater) as a treat, but I'm really interested in seeing what happens. Oh, and I'll be drinking my Shakeology once a day. Lots of water, of course.
Has anybody else tried this kind of dramatic but short-term change? Any advice for me?

I have done all veggie (no fruit, no grains, no meat) for a few weeks a few times. All veggies, including beans were allowed along with nuts and vegetable oils. It's a good way to kick start a stalled weight loss.0

I plateaued BIG TIME, and went on a two week Raw Fruit and Veggie diet... I was eating 1200 calories a day, but all raw fruits and veggies. I made juices, smoothies, salads, and I dropped 10lbs in 2 weeks. It definitely jump started my weight loss again! HOWEVER, I couldn't exercise when I did this. I felt very dizzy and nauseous when I tried to work out!0

Not to be a debbie downer, but the holidays are upon us. Its hard enough to portion control and eat right this time of year, could you really give up EVERYTHING for just veg and fruits. I think I could not!0

I would do that maybe for two to three days tops. If you said you were going to stick in a protein drink or two a day, maybe that would be okay for awhile. You do want to keep the muscles...0

No quick fixes. It takes time and need to change bad habits. Slow and steady is best,0

beans and nuts both have plenty of protein. When I did all veggie I still did 45-60 min of cardio everyday and was never week or dizzy. I've never had a protein drink in my life, but have done a few weeks of veggie only several times.0 -

Whoops, missed reading the word bean. Well, doesn't seem too bad then.0
