Alright so I did a little extra cardio today and after I logged in everything food and exercise for the day I have 944 calories to still consume. I am not hungry and its late I don't want to eat late and I am not feeling like eating something that would take that many calories. So I know that we are suppose to eat our burned calories but what do you do when you get to the end of the day and you still have alot of calories remaining. Do you eat or just go easy on the cardio the next day? thanks in advance:flowerforyou:

  • eat a 100-200 calorie snack now or else you're going to wake up FAMISHED! Add in about 100 calories to your next few meals until your 900 is sort of balanced out. Your body isn't going to freak out on one day of malnutrition but responds more to trends and averages.

I might have a very light snack if hungry, but chaulk those calories up to a day of zig zagging - it will give a boost to your weight loss!

If not hungry, I wouldn't eat. Listen to your body.
