    things like loss of size etc. not just weight loss

    looser clothes, feeling better, doing more - ie used to be running 4 mins, now running 6 mins, you get the idea?

    Fitting into a new size pants/shirt/dress, making a new work out record (running further or faster, doing more of an exercise etc) Anything really that is connected to the new healthier you!

    Fitting in a smaller pair of jeans, people giving you a compliment of your smaller you've gotten, your measurements are getting lowered, etc.

    Someone you haven't seen in a while says "Wow you look fantastic. I can tell you have lost weight. Being able to complete a tough workout for the first time. And my favorite being able to pass on all the yummy food that is around this time of year.

    I am glad this was clarified... I thought it meant no small victory ... lol (as in a victory but was a challenge to reach)
