bought a nintendo wii fit for my kids and found that it has a program in there to track your weight loss and goals. pretty cool

    yeah! It's a little shocking the first time you weigh in and the hear the Wii say "That is overweight." but it's also kind of funny. I weigh in almost every morning and love being able to see my progress!

    Lol, yeah I agree and the way it says ohhhhhh when you stand on it. So annoying. I love mine though. I do free step almost daily now while watching tv, gonna go do it right now actually.
