Anyone want to do a workout group focused on biking 300 miles in 30 days? I am thinking of starting on the 20th, or when we have 5 people that want to start, whichever comes first. 10 miles per day - about 30 minutes to one hour of your time. Or, do it in larger chunks. Post up your total miles each week. Only actual miles count, road/trail miles that is. Stationary bike and trainer miles don't count (even tho I will be getting those in as well). No excuses.
