I am an emotional eater too but I've learned to just make something healthy when I'm stressed

Today I made Butternut Squash French Fries - YUM!
Tonight it was Frozen Banana Yogurt?

Hope whatever you're going through works out!

Do 100 jumping jacks. If you still feel like eating - do 100 more. And so on.

After the walk, and the 100 jumping jacks, take a bubble bath.

Take a good book, and a low-calorie or healthy drink (water or skim milk were mentioned above), and then you can have the frozen banana yoghurt when you emerge. With all the exercise you will have earnt it!

    Good luck ...
