    I just cut down on what I was eating! I had a lot of bad eating days and binges along the way, but everyone is going to have that! I cycled most days during the summer and did the 30 Day Shred the odd day! However now that I am back at school, I havent had the time to exercise much so I just keep a close eye on my food! :)
