As I gained weight I developed ugly stretch marks. Now I'm losing the weight will these go on their own or am I stuck with them? Also, is there any cream or anything I put on them to help them?
Thanks!

    Stuck
  • They will NOT go away. They WILL fade and become less noticeable.

You can try putting bio oil on them. You can find it at your nearest drugstore/pharmacy. I bought some, but never really got around to using it lol. But people say it's good for fading stretch marks and scars, etc.
  • I read somewhere that if they are new stretch marks (bright red/purple) then if you lose the weight they could fade to barely noticeable because they haven't actually scarred the skin yet, like the silver/white stretch marks.

Not sure if this is true though, you might wanna google it:tongue:
  • Thanks guys :)

Do you have a few or several?

Either way, they'll only fade over time. EXFOLIATE daily and slather with vitamin E rich body-butter.
Or laser removal if you have enough of them.
  • Thank you - I shall try all of the suggestions
  • I have several.

Thank you, I will try that

At your age, you might be lucky enough to have them fade away.
