I am trying to find/ put together a lifting regiment for my self, so I went to bodybuilder.com. I am not a lifter but strong from my job (carpenter) and carrying around my large body. So so what do you do for strength training and toning? I have heard Starting Strength is good, can't find it. I have also been told All Pro is good, can't find it. I am about ready just to get back on my cardio kick its so simple. Help Please.
