I am looking for low calorie/ low fat bread machine recipies....

    any flavors/varieties in particular. I have tonnes of bread recipes.
    bread lovers cookbook is amazing and you can alter any of them to suit your needs.

    if you search, i put up a recipe for whole wheat bagel thins on here that are 119 cals each

    Canada's Best Bread Machine Baking Recipes book has a whole chapter on low-fat breads. If you can't get the book, give me some idea of what you might be looking for and I can email some recipes to you.

    Just made banana bread in mine today, with oat flour and rasins. It's yummy!

    3 bananas (mashed up), 1 egg, 1.5 cups oat flour (or plain if you want), 1/2 cup of sugar (brown), 1/4tsp bicarbonate of soda, 3 tbs of skimmed milk, 80g rasins, 1tsp of sunflower oil.

    Mix it all together, pop in the breadmaker, I use quick setting which takes 1.5hrs, but guess whatever your setting is for quick bread or cake?

    Next time I shall add some protein powder, reckon chocolate and banana would be good :o)

    I need a basic white or wheat bread so my kids will eat it too! Something for day to day sandwiches and such.
