I have lost around 20lb so far and I've dropped a size or two in clothes, but noticed I still have man boobs.
I looked on the BMI thing, and I'm around 14lbs from being 'Normal'. Do you think they will go in the next 10-15lbs?

Try doing some toning exercises that works the pecs areas. That may help reduced that look of them.0

I've read in some other posts that the best exercise for this is push-ups. My husband says that bench pressing will also help to tone up that area. Good Luck!!!0

Gynecomastia is actually a medical condition and I would say if you only have 14 pounds to go ....it may not go completely away. Try lifting weights (bench press, rows, etc) and see if that helps.0
