Vegan Banana Bread!
Options
I made this last night, it's really good. C:
I used:
2 ripe organic bananas
2 cups Pillsbury Unbleached flour
1/2 tsp Arm & Hammer baking soda
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 cup West Soy nonfat vanilla soy milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Organic brown sugar
1/3 cup Earth Balance vegan butter spread
A few dashes ground cinnamon
Organic canola oil spray
Preheat oven to 350. To make it easier, mash up the bananas in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix all the other ingredients (except canola oil :P), then mix in the bananas. Spray canola oil in a small loaf pan & place the mixture inside. I sprinkled a little more ground cinnamon on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
If you cut it into 10 slices, it’ll be 205 calories per serving, 14 g of sugar.
Enjoy! c;
