Exercise is challenging? Advice???

I've been a MFP Member since July 9, 2011 and I've been successful losing weight so far. However, the more I lose the more challenging exercising is becoming. I find myself with less energy and I get tired quicker. What can I do to get over this hump?

Are you eating enough on the days that you exercise? I find that if I don't "eat my exercise calories," than sometimes I'm sluggish. I also eat something small, but healthy before I work out, like a banana. That seems to help.0

what type of exercises are you doing? are you changing your routines? are you taking any group classes?
I would just maybe try and change your routine up.... you may be getting bored with what you have been doing so far...try a new class or some different type of exercises...
for example if you're taking an aerobics class...try a spinning class..
if you're using the treadmills alot maybe switch to a stair master.....
i think variety is the key to keep going..0 -

this is also really good...sometimes a light snack helps me get that quick energy boost0 -
Change it up, try taking up a dance class or playing a sport. Try to find something that you enjoy doing. Also I agree with the other comments make sure you are eating enough, if you are burning alot of cals but not eating them back this could cause fatigue. Add a protein shake or some nuts about a hour before your workouts and this just might help.0

I would agree that it's probably a nutrition thing. When exercising, it takes so much of our physical energy and if you don't refuel with the proper foods, then you'll experience that "lull" or lack of energy.
What types of foods are you eating during the day? Do you workout in the AM or PM?0 -
yeah! up the cals by a few hundred. Seems counter productive, I know. But the energys gotta come from somewhere!0

I eat enough calories each day but the more I lose the lazier I feel!0

Sounds like a nutrition issue.. we all need fuel to excercise... gotta feed the weight loss fire
I agree - if you've been dropping your cals as you lose weight you might have them too low now to fuel exercise. Up your cals and see what happens.0 -
Have you been checked for diabetes?0
-
Yes, I have been tested for diabetes. I don't have it! I just been really tired lately!0
