November Shred-It Challenge Day 13

Ahh, Sunday. The most relaxing day of the week. At least it is for me!
I took yesterday off, but did a ton of gardening, including raking and bagging leaves, so that's got to count for something! At least a few calories burned. Looking forward to getting my burn on today with Jillian and maybe a little treadmill action.
I am so excited to see everyone's progress when we most our mid-point weights and measurments on Tuesday!!

Which is easier for you?
Staying on track with your diet or exercise?0 -
It's a toss up for me. Sometimes I make terrible food choices and then I can get an incredible workout later. Although, sometimes I eat bad all day and then lack motivation to workout. I think for me they usually go together. If I'm off track with one, I'll more than likely be off track with the other by the next day. I'm an all or nothing kind of person though.0
