So far I have lost almost 160 pounds since I started my journey.
In one photo above I am wearing a custom tailored suit and then later wearing the same suit. The "after" in these photos are from when I hit my first goal of 230lbs from 378lbs! I am now under 220 and look forward to hitting my next goal: A BMI of NORMAL!
