how can i actually have visible muscles and less jiggle?! i do about 60% cardio, and 40% strength training at least 4-5 times a week. with the exception of the past week, my diet is mostly fruits and protein, and veggies. what tips do you recommend for me to get CUT?

I strongly advise you to consider strength bands. They are super for toning. Of course, weights are too. But strength bands are versatile and lots of fun. Good for upper and lower body. Check out liveexercise.com for some ideas.0

Keep eating a calorie deficit and lighting weights. To get the "tone" look you need to cut body fat %0

This is the end of the thread. Nothing anyone else posts is more relevant. It is 100% true, short, and to the point. "Tone" is not necessarily the presence of muscle, but the absence of fat. Good luck!0 -
