It's only been one full week, I've exercised for 50 minutes three times this week, cardio, turbo jam. I ate healthy and some days too little (it was just because I didn't consume my exercise calories) and two days were I ate my normal calorie intake or a little bit higher, as well as one day were I ate all of my exercise calories. I've been drinking more water lately too. I measure myself at the end of each week and today I'm half inch smaller around my stomach. Is that normal? :flowerforyou: Thanks.

Yep, my hubby and I measure every two weeks, and you lose inches before you lose pounds.0

Everybody's different. I've lost 25 pounds, three inches from my top but still very little from my waist. Rule of thumb is you lose inches last where you first put them on. It's certainly true in my case.0
