Hi there. I'm a 44 yr old woman from Portland who is recovering from a few sports injuries and trying to get back in shape. I have gotten lazy with my nutrition and it shows! Yuck! I am really excited to find this website and all of you. Good health and fitness to all of you.

    Hi I'm Barbara. I am trying to lose this weight one more time & am hoping joining this site will help. I actually joined thie site a while ago, just never followed through & used it at all, but this time I hope to use it & meet some new friends in the process.
