just wondering if eating alot of nuts makes you gain weight because they have lot
of calories (almonds,sunflower,peanuts ect...)

  • They'll only make you gain weight if you eat them in excess. In moderation, they're really good for you and full of lots of healthy fats that are good to keep your cells healthy and they keep you full for a long time! Like any food though, if you eat too much of them they will make you gain weight, so you have to keep track of how much you eat so you don't go overboard.

I think a study was done on people trying to lose weight who all ate the same thing/same amount of calories was done and the only difference was that one group ate nuts and the other didn't. The people who ate nuts didn't gain weight and lost at the same pace as the others.

Anything in moderation I guess. And nuts are very healthy.
