Basic Protein Pancakes - Yum!

I've seen a few recipes for protein pancakes before, but some of them required some fancy items that maybe not everyone has in their cupboards at home, so I whipped up a batch of pancakes using only 3 basic ingredients, and the result was surprisingly good.
1 scoop (20g) soya or whey protein powder
1 egg
50ml - 75ml skimmed or semi-skimmed milk (use as much as gives you the consistency you prefer)
Beat egg and protein powder together to form a paste and whisk in the milk until you get a nice smooth batter
Heat heavy frying pan and add a few drops of oil
Pour in small amounts to make American size pancakes, flip after a minute or so
Serve alone or with peanut butter, honey, syrup or whatever floats your boat
Makes approx 4 - 6 pancakes, and are very filling alone.
Approx 160 cals, 26g protein, 4g fat, for the whole lot (without oil)

Wow. I'm addicted to pancakes, so this would be a good idea. I hope it works with egg whites, almond milk, and my Chocolate Peanut Butter protein powder. Might as well give it a try.0

Thanks fort this, I will definitely try it - something that tastes like carbs but actually is primarily protein - yum!
Are the figures you give for calories, carbs etc with skimmed or semi-skimmed milk?
Thanks a lot!
