My new breakfast favorite

I did see this posted on the forum, but not quite sure where.........thanks to whomever posted this, it was delicious!!
Whole wheat english muffin topped with: pepperjack cheese, tomato slices, avacado and cilantro.
I 'cooked' the english muffin in the oven @ 350 for 5 mintues or so......then topped with cheese, etc and put back in the oven for another 5 minutes, till cheese is melted.
WOW, sooooo good!!
Cals: 287 (my diary is open to look at for all nutrition info)

I make something very similar with fresh basil & feta instead of pepperjack and cilantro-but that sounds great to mix it up a bit!0

they are like bread......just round and you split them in have to make 2 so you can use like a sandwich.0
