Lately for me it's been the Milk Chocolate ON Whey Powder mixed with 1 cup Almond Milk.
I also love Cottage Cheese with fruit mixed in, but C.Cheese is loaded w/ Sodium.
What are your go-to protein sources?

Steak, chicken and fish. Nothing like whole food for protein. I do like my shakes for supplementation, but eating your protein is better, IMO.

Bacon and eggs usually every morning for breakfast. Through the day I like nuts, beef jerky and tuna. Chicken is also a big source of protein in our house!0

I am allergic to and cannot digest any dairy (I cannot use any whey protein powders/bars/cottage cheese, etc.), so my main protein (and fat) source is natural peanut butter (sometimes I get reduced fat, though) when I don't have any fish or meat around. You can take it anywhere easily in smaller containers, leave an entire jar at work, eat it with apples, put it on bread with bananas/low sugar jam, etc.0

I like a lot of what everyone else has posted, but I'm surprised no one has said TUNA! It's awesome for protein and you can buy low sodium too!

Chobani 0% Plain yogurt with fresh fruit
Eggs

Grilled chicken and salmon supply the bulk of my protein. Also love yogurt, eggs, cheese, peanut butter. Sometimes I use vegetarian meat alternatives in my pasta (boca, morningstar, lightlife, etc), just depending on what's on-hand at the time. As I get closer to my goal and workout more and more and start upping my calories, I might look into some of the protein powders that people really like, for when I need to get in extra protein and calories but don't really want 'food' right then. But for now it's all food, even my exercise calories. :-)0

Costco chocolate whey protein with water, then heated up. It gives the perfect balance to being full but not heavy and is so creamy. I add a few drops of hazelnut flavored stevia in it for the perfect aroma. yummmmmmmmm!0

I have so many, but my favorites would be tilapia, tuna, cottage cheese, and egg whites.0

That's a tough one. Beans, almonds, peanut butter, and fish/seafood. These are all things I eat regularly for protein. I'm not sure I can pick a favorite. Beans are the most versatile though, so perhaps they would win. But it's hard to beat grilled jumbo gulf shrimp tossed in ceyenne and garlic powder. Or blackened catfish. Oh, and pan seared scallops? I love those! Or a nice thick tuna or swordfish steak on the grill? So yummy. But a handful of cocoa roasted almonds and nice glass of red wine is a great way to end the day. But it's pretty hard to imagine something better than good ol' peanut butter.
Wait, what was the question? Oh yeah, favorite source of protein. I'm not sure I have one.0 -
