Hi everyone! I'm not new to losing weight - I lost quite a bit a couple of years ago and I thought I had it all figured out. Turns out my old habits are hard to shake and it's creeping back on. I'm here to try and stop it before it gets out of hand again - I don't have a lot to lose, but I remember that the last bit was a lot of hard work. I'm hoping this site will keep me on track.     I dont have that much to lose this time either, but i agree how difficult it is. With the end of the year coming up and all that bad habits that go with it, i want to nip this in the butt now! Easier now than later.

    great job coming to MFP before the complacency creep ruined all of the hard work you did in the past. kick that complacency creep to the curb and enjoy the journey :)
