Does bad almond milk get sour?

I know it says "Use within 7 to 10 days of opening" but i just keep it until its gone, but i've had mine for about 3 weeks now and it still tastes fine to me....I THINK! What does bad almond milk taste like? I don't think i've had any that's gotten sour yet!

    Yes, if it looks and tastes good it's probably fine... but if it were bad you would definitely know it... I have had bad almond milk.

    it gets thick and yuky i left some way back of fridge and forgot when i got it out the carton was like blown up and when i opened and pourd it out it was thick and smelled sour.

    I have kept mine for 3 weeks+ and it is perfectly fine

    The same as CoachMaritova..... I've used it past the date and it's been fine. I've also had some that was bad and I definitely new it was bad :frown:

    My son's drink it too, and we have them every other week. If they don't finish it that week, it is still fine the week they come back. Usually 3 weeks is okay. They have told me that it does go sour, or taste bad when it does go bad. So you are probably okay.

    I use to drink it all the time. It can get pretty nasty, but its not the same kinda taste or souring that dairy milk does. i try to go by the packaging pretty closely. i hate spoiled things.

    It gets a bit clumpy and the taste is just off. I had mine for about a week and half when it went bad. Kinda ruined my cereal and my day...

    This has happened with my last 4 containers of Almond Breeze, but were only open for 3-4 days.
