After three weeks of not moving the scale I finally dropped two pounds for a total of 11 now. Its been six weeks and I am convinced now that this calorie counting thing works. I have not exercised but now I am thinking I might add that to the mix. Thanks for all the support that kept me going during those tough weeks when the scale didnt move. You guys are awesome!

Calorie counting DOES work. It is simple, doesn't cost anything and you see results! Also, while doing it, you are learning more about healthy foods and portion control so that when we all get to our goal weight, we can be better educated to KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF!!!0 -
