OPERATION THANKSGIVING!

Well this is something I've been planning on doing for a while and everyone is welcome to join me! For the week and a half prior to Thanksgiving, I am going to cut my calories by 100 per day, and increase my exercise so I can feel good while eating a delicious Thanksgiving dinner!

I'm calling this OPERATION THANKSGIVING, and it commences today! If you want to join me, feel free to add me so we can all give each other support for the next wrek and a half! I will post my calorie count for each day, as well as exercise - And try to keep it under my goal.

Everyone's goal can be different, for me, I am going to try just 100 calories since I'm on a strict calorie diet anyways.

So if you want to feel not as guilty on Thanksgiving when you eat a high calorific meal, I suggest you join me, and my MFP friends participating!
