Someone help me?

In oder to celebrate a promotion for my friend, I am going to a noodle house for lunch tomorrow. I am not vey good at deciding what is healthy on the menu so would someone be able to help me out?!

    The menu doesn't look too bad actually....sodium will get you for sure though. Just remember the basics: WHOLE FOODS. Veggies, brown rice, etc.

    L3 with brown rice and miso soup would be my vote :)

    Agree! I reviewed the menu (I LOVE looking at menus) and you can opt for any of the L1 - L6 lunch specials with chicken or shrimp, though I recommend you ask for light sauce (or see if they can put it on the side), and get it with miso soup and skip the rice. Rice is where you can really pack in some calories without realizing it. You can also ask for an extra side of steamed broccoli or extra veggies and put your sauce on top of that.

    As far as the appetizers, chicken yakatori is always a good bet, but again, ask them to go easy on the sauce. Hope you have a great lunch!
