                    Hello,
I am so proud of myself for what I did today that I had to share it with you all.
Today at lunch I decided to treat myself to my low-calorie, low-sodium burger creation from Wendy's. I ordered the burger, replaced the fries with apple slices and had a bottle of water to drink, I was on a roll. WOOT! WOOT!
Then tragedy struck, as I pulled away with my food and opened the bag I saw my burger, my apple slices and......
FRENCH FRIES!!
I though I was going to loose my mind. For a while now I have been avoiding any contact with fried foods so I can really loose this weight quickly and effectively. My NSV is that I was able to eat the burger and the apple slices and NOT eat the fries. I threw the bag away containing the fries like it was nothing (even though it felt like I was dying inside, lol.)
I am so proud of me!
Anyone else have a NSV pertaining to food? Let's get this one going!

I know exactly how you feel, and Congrats!!
Last week, I decided to reward myself with a beloved Bacon Cheeseburger (because I had a plan and knew I was going to burn more calories that day than it had!). And I was incredibly proud of myself for ordering fruit instead of the fries
Now the co-worker I was with... she thought I was crazy, LOL.0 -
Well done! it takes some serious willpower to do what you did!
I've had sweet cravings all day but have had a flapjack sat on my desk, I can proudly say that I am at home and the flapjack is still on my desk.
Now for what tomorrow will bring....:)0 -

You know the day you decide you're gonna do right, that's the day they give you free fries. Fries are a real weakness for me, so I try to avoid them at all costs! Good for you, you did it!!!!0

YAY!!! Good job resisting! Fries are hard! I knew I had to completely give them up if I was going to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It was so hard, but I haven't had a fry for over 3 years. Now I don't even miss them.0
