goal by Thanksgiving

So I lost about 10 lbs since joining mfp and having been up and down about 1-2 lbs since, but still can't seem to really get past it. So I have a new goal of losing the extra 5 lbs to get me to fifteen by Thanksgiving, so I know it won't be water weight or whatever, but actual loss! I would definitely appreciate any encouragement for the next week+ thanks everyone!

trying to do the same thing. using jillian michaels making the cut one wk diet. it is extremely low cal though0
