30DS question

so my HRM has been not reading half the time. i changed the battery and i think its reading
i did level 1 30DS without stopping blah blah blah. . . . .
im about 169lb HRM reads 130 cal burnt does that sound right???

    i always burnt atleast 200 cal with 30DS...but everybody is different.

    When I did 30DS, I couldn't find it in the database, so I used general circuit training. It said about 230 cal for 30 minutes (I was 140 at the time). Lost weight with eating back exercise calories so it couldn't have been too much over, right?

    oops it was supposed to be 130. . . im not sure if it quit reading or not since well you dont stop during the workout
