I used to put Italian salad dressing on top and cook in oven till cooked. Easy!0

Throw them in an oiled baking dish with a jar of salsa and some reduced-fat cheddar cheese. Especially the kind of salsa that has beans in it.0

i just pop it in the grill on medium with some spices and a clove of garlic til you cant see any pink on the botton and maybe prick inside it to make sure and have it with either grilled veggies like zucchini, mushroom, asparagus, cherry tomatos, red onion, celery, sweet potato or steamed broccoli, cauliflower and peas and corn and maybe some mashed pumpkin or sweet potato0

yum! im having chicken tonight too
my fav is tuscan seasoning from the supermarket, i sprinkle it over the chicken that ive cut into tenders and then either pan fry, grill or bake. really simple and really tasty, works well with both veges and salad:happy:0 -
I like to marinate chicken in homemade teriyaki sauce and then grill them. I used to use the Foreman grill but now I use a grill pan on the stove top. I make my own marinade because the store bought ones are full of sodium and other garbage.
It is:
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs rice vinegar
1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced or pushed through a garlic press
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes are optional(I don't use them)
Chicken doesn't need but more than an hour to marinade. I know it's past dinner time now but maybe this is an idea for the next time you're staring at a package of chicken breasts!0 -

However. I make something like this without the vinegar or any other acid, just sugar, soy sauce and seasonings and leave it to marinate for three days. It actually cures like a ham and turns into something truly amazing.0 -
My favorite way to cook chicken is to mariante it in some balsamic vineagar and a bit of evoo.. maybe some salt-free seasonings (Hello, Mrs. Dash), then to grill it. Soooo addictively delicious!0

Sprinkle the chicken breasts with a Hidden Valley Ranch Dip packet...((the stuff you mix with sour cream to make a dip))
Then bake covered at 350 until cooked.0 -
If you are looking for something quick, slice up the breast, toss with evoo and balsamic vinegar or soy sauce. Slice up some fresh veg, whatever you like and have on hand. Stick with fresh though, no frozen or canned. Toss all in a saute pan and cook it up. Meanwhile boil up some whole wheat pasta and toss it all together. Delicious and filling! In the future, you can also do this with any left over chicken that is already cooked.0
